Controlling Anger and Modeling

NPR has a series out called The Other Side of Anger, with an excellent article on Inuit parenting practice around anger. How can you incorporate some of these practices in your parenting? Building Healthy Eating Habits

Healthy Eating For A Healthy Life

Healthy eating habits begin in childhood.  The earlier children are exposed to junk food, the greater the likelihood they'll be plagued with dangerous life-long help problems , says ongoing research. Let's start our children on the right path.
